Yes they actually work!
I was struggling with 16-18 hour fasts. I changed jobs so I am not moving around as much. At my old job I could go 18 hours no problem. I decided to try these and WOW....I did 5, 21-22 hour fasts this week. I am completely amazed! They really do work!
Better than Prolon and 1/10th the price
I've tried everything and this is the first thing thats worked for me. Dont waste your time and money on Prolon (garbage). Temper is the real deal and its 1/10th the cost. Felt the benefits during my first fast and havent looked back. Proud 4 month subscriber!

My golf game improved!
My daughter gave me a few of these to help with my inflammation and I had the best golf game of my life. I'm typically CRAVING food by the 6th hole and I noticed I wasnt when I took 2 of these. I dont know if/how they work for fasting but I can tell you I didnt think about food once and they definitely improved my golf game! LOL

I've done 32 and 23 hour fasts. This mint is amazing! I'm not even thinking about food and I usually think about it even when im not hungry.
Worked for me
Product arrived by the expected date. I found the flavor enjoyable but nothing to write home about. Box was standard and full of crinkle wrap to protect the bottle. I've been using for a few days and have noticed that I am eating less. So far so good. Curious to see how I feel after a full bottle.
